Job context - A Multinational Company is looking for potential candidates for the position of Manager - #washing (Woven) (Wet washing process) who has knowledge, skills, experience in the following sector and is self-motivated to take on challenges to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities
•Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical
•Coordinating the development team on a better process
•Supports the development of a performance-driven culture amongst all employees.
•Takes regular developmental feedback from customers on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules.
•Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
•Plan, organise, lead, and control the total activity of a washing factory in order to achieve the target set by management.
•To develop the samples with the required wash/treatment along with several propositions as standard.
•Knowledge of washing machine knowledge, chemical store handling, and the development of new washes.
•Creative inputs on new wash ideas which are lined with trends and customer expectations.
•Do Follow ups of financial recovery with the client with due diligence.
•Controlling wash rejection and rework.
Educational Requirements
•Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements
•At least 5 year(s)
•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
