Job context -
Gorillamove Limited is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as HR Executives and a Task Management Executive. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
HR Executive:
1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Conduct interviews and make job offers to successful candidates
3. Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
4. Maintain employee records and files
5. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Task Management Executive:
1. Manage daily tasks and activities for various teams
2. Track progress of tasks and ensure deadlines are met
3. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
4. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
5. Create reports on task management metrics
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (for HR Executive position)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
4. Proficiency in MS Office and task management tools
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: 20,000 to 25,000 per month
