Merchandiser (Urgent ) For a well renewed Factory

Job Context 

We are looking for an experienced and independent Production Merchandiser  to join our team. In this role the individual will play a key role in supporting the team to maximize commercial opportunities. The individual will be responsible for managing a diverse range of contacts and be an autonomous communication bridge between customers and vendors to ensure the products are well looked-after from product development to final production.

Job Responsibility 

1. Follow Time and Action Plan (T&A) to execute smooth production.
2. Sharp costing.
3. Analyze buyer provided Purchase Order (PO) Sheet & Technical Package.
4. Strong communication skill with suppliers to ensure on time all materials supply.
5. Check fabric and accessories booking, Quantity, PI as per buyer approved Tech Pack.
6. Visit production floor regular basis to monitor the production with right quality and right quantity as planned to ensure on time shipment.
7. Arrange merchandising file with fabric & Accessories consumption, production files, trim card to provide production floor.
8. Mailing and communicating with the buyer and supplier to get updated information.
10. Handle account independently.
11. Handled buyer pep & co will get preferences.

Educational Requirement 

1. B sc in Textile engineering from any reputed university 
2. Skill requirement buyer handling  

Experience Requirement 

1. 3-6 years in a factory merchandising experienced.
2.  Only knit experiences are asking to apply.
3.  Age: 25-35 years
4. Textile graduation will get preference.
5. Should be result oriented

Additional requirement 

1. Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite;
2. Must have deep knowledge of all kind of knit fabrics & accessories;
3. Well versed in monitoring the knit Garments production;
4. Strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Factory orientation within the career time will be added advantage.
7. Result oriented and self driven with strong focus on deadlines.

Job Location - Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
