Retail Store Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
- Inventory/ Stock Management
- Cash/ Account Management
- Visual Merchandising Management
- People Management
- Brand Management ( On line and Off line Marketing)
- Utility, logistic, infrastructure management
- Over all operation management


Requirement:

- Hands on experience of managing retail store management for apparel/clothing
- Fashion/ textile/ Art/ Business graduate from reputed university
- Visionary/ pro-active/ eagerness to grow in the long run
- Very much well conversant both Bangla and English
- Great quality on people management
- Analytical ability on numbers and figures
- Risk management ability
- Problem solving mind set
