Job context 

A well-established 100% Korean owned garments maker (Woven Shirts & Pants) located Dhaka EPZ, Saver is looking for potential local candidates as Merchandiser.

Job responsibility 

·        Main responsibility is seasonal product development.

·        Job includes communication with Shanghai fabric sourcing office for fabric development, Local Trim development, Costing and sample execution, daily communication with foreign buyers.

·        Should have good knowledge in the woven shirting and pants fabric, as well as wash technique & garment production.

Educational Requirement 

·        Masters degree in any discipline

·        Major in Textile related graduate will be treated specially

Experience requirement 

·        At least 5 year(s)

·        The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel merchandising

Additional requirement 

·        Age 25 to 40 years

·        Both males and females are allowed to apply

·        Work at major retail company branch office or buying office preferred.

·        The applicants should have experience in woven Garments Merchandising.

·        Fluent in English both in writing & speaking

·        Computer Skills in MS-Office, Internet is a must.

·        Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.

·        Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.

·        Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
