Job Position: Executive

Mentioning 'HR Executive' as the subject.         

Job Profile & Description:

1.To establish clear milestone for HR and Compliance organization (based on established strategy).

2.Follow through and facilitate weekly meetings to understand status of strategic milestones.

3.To work with teams to harmonize department reporting for weekly/monthly distribution.

4.Analyze for global HR Trends that can feed into organizational HR mandate.

5.Supporting the Admin team as & when needed.

6.Supporting the recruitment team as & when needed.

Skills required:

1.English proficiency must be excellent.

2.Writing, composition, analysis, drafting and consolidating skills must be profound.

3.Sound knowledge on MS Office.

Please Note that you will be reporting to our Global HR head and working alongside a lot of expats who don’t understand Bangla perfectly. Hence, we give strong emphasis on applicant’s English communication and interpretation skills.
