Job Description:
As an Assistant Merchandiser (Development and Marketing),
you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in the development and marketing processes.
Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and assisting in the planning and execution of marketing strategies.
You will also be involved in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and assisting in product development and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the merchandising team in product development and marketing activities.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products effectively.
Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
Prepare and present reports on market analysis and project status to the management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Design, or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising, product development, or marketing.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends is a plus.
