JOB Context- 
New Software & IT venture of US Bangla Group is looking for self-motivated professionals to be a part of the HR team especially skilled in Recruitment, Employee Management, Compensation etc.

Job Responsibilities
· Assist in managing the recruitment and selection process
· Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Implement the company HR policy and procedure very strictly.
· Handle personal records & files of employees with confidentiality.
· Maintain a fair Performance Appraisal practice and educate line managers.
· Assist in Developing and recommending to the management for various schemes/ programs/plans/ propositions related to employee welfare as an effective tool of motivation for employee retention.
· Maintain daily attendance, leaves, absenteeism of company staff and prepare daily and monthly headcount report to the management.
· Foresee and visualize the future requirement of potential manpower & challenges in terms of their skill and expertise.
· Responsible for Salary Administration including Attendance & Leave management.
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Maintain HRIS Software for the new employees and existing employees.
· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
· Assist HR Manager in managing day to day HR Operations.




Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management/Management or similar from reputed public and private universities. Practical work experience in Software & IT Firm will be preferred.

Experience Requirements
1 to 3 year(s)

· Excellent presentation skills.
· Top-notch knowledge of business administration and human resources management.
· Being a good judge of character and maintaining good relations with the HR team.
· Hands-on experience at MS Office and relevant HRIS programs
· Ability to create customized reports highlighting hiring trends in the industry, employee turnover rates, and other critical data.

Job Location
Baridhara, Dhaka

Salary
20,000 to 40,000 BDT per month
