Job responsibility 
  • 1. Prepare monthly attendance for employees.
  • 2. Leave Management, monthly leave summary preparation and manual calculation of employees.
  • 3. Process Yearly performance appraisal.
  • 4. As per instruction Personal file management & up date.
  • 5. Prepare, Appointment, discontinuation/termination etc. letters, process & delivery, final settlement of Ex-Employees.
  • 6. Interview calling, coordinating the interview end to end process maintence.
  • 7. Introduce new employees to everyone.
  • 8. New Employee on Company policies and procedures, Loan application for management approval including CSR.
  • 10. Ensuring that all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are followed thoroughly and correctly.
  • 11. As per instruction transfer order processing, joining & termination list, Notice, Office order prepare.
  • 12. Update policies.
  • 13. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • 14. Any other task given by Management/ Department Head / Superior.
  • 15. Maintaining an organized database of job applicants and writing reports related to the recruitment process
  • 16. Preparing specific job descriptions and analyzing job requirements.
  • 17. Preparing and developing job advertisements.
  • 18. Screening and filtering CVs in order to be able to create a shortlist of prospective candidates
  • 19. Conducting interviews (including administering written tests).
  • 20. Preparing written tests and grading the results prior to submitting them for approval Writing job offers and appointment letters.
