Office Production Planning (Female)

I. PURPOSE STATEMENT:
A production planner is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process. Duties include a specific focus on the materials and goods required in the production phase, ensuring the working space is properly maintained in order to have optimal performance.

II. Key ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Prepare master production schedule based on open capacity (Space & capacity utilization)
 Determining equipment, raw materials & provide advance necessary information to concern stakeholder for satisfying production capacity.
 Advance plan making & prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance & minimum delay.
 Shop order material checking with tech sheet, swatch board & sample.
 Tooling’s checking (knife, sample, and show board, Pattern, Screen and Mold).
 Provide daily, weekly & monthly plan making based on capacity and monitor accordingly.
 Tooling’s receive from DL & re-order for damage items if required (pattern & screen)
 Production & job work follow up from SFG to FG
 Create Shop order & request of material & sent it to store.
 Job cards create before production.
 Keep paperwork organized & submit performance status daily.
 Real time response on continuous and discrete order from product management & demand planning team
 Coordinating with MRP for smooth material flow or any material shortage
 Inventory control (Tooling)
 Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
 Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

 Advance knowledge in MS Excel & PowerPoint
 Teamwork

IV. Key Success Factors
• Settlement with all stakeholders (Provide production plan & monitoring)
• Ensure proper planning information.
• Completed WIP Audit successfully.

Other Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Production Planning
