Job Context-
We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sr. Manager(HR,Admin and Compliance) in our expanding companies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefits & incentive schemes.
2. Follow up a SMART Performance management system for all workers, staff and management personnel in the factory.
3. Follow up employee/ labor relation & legal affairs.
4. Preparation or issue office note,memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
5. Follow - up Appointment processing, Orientation/ Induction/ Exit interview.
6. Ensure transfer, increments, separation and confirmation related work.
7. To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
8. Follow up disciplinary actions & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
9. Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime and night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin Bill, Final settlement bill, etc.
10. To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend a participative committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
11. Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
12. Negotiate/ resolve daily problems among workers/ staffs etc on administrative issues.
13. Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer, representatives and govt. agencies.
Educational requirements:
Masters with PGD in Personnel Management/ MBA in HRM
Experience Requirements:

12 years relevant experience.
Job Location: Savar
