Executive/Sr. Executive- Marketing & Branding

 

Job Context -We are a US based medical equipment import & distribution company starting our operation from January 2023. Now we are looking for high-performing Brand & Marketing Specialist to develop & implement marketing strategies. You'll promote our company's products, which include different types of medical equipment’s, to a variety of customers including hospital doctors, pharmacists and clinics. You'll work strategically to create the demand & increase the awareness and use of your company's medical products.

Job Responsibility:
·       Create and implement Marketing plan within budget, in conjunction with overall business strategy.
·       Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, print communication, and advertising. Ensuring effective communication internally also.
·       Develop marketing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
·       Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
·       Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and clinics.
·       Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
·       Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function) in coordination with the Marketing Department
·       Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
·       Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
·       Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.


You'll need to have:
·       Graduated from any reputed University with Marketing major. Different specialization certificates will be adding value.
·       Proven 3 to 6 years’ experience
·       Proven ability to both lead and work within a marketing team, and to employ both non-traditional and traditional approaches toward problem solving
·       Excellent communication and presentation skills
·       Proficient in English (speak, read, write)
·       Sales and customer relationship skills
·       Strong teamwork and networking skills
·       The ability to work well under pressure


Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 to 6 Years (Read Full Requirement First Before Applying)
