Job Responsibility 

• Customer provided Dimension System portal operating for downloading and uploading.
• Necessary all information downloaded from dimension system portal with the correct path way following and distribute the information to all relevant dept . Keeping record information.
• System portal maintenance following communications with all relevant customers responsible key persons and working smoothly the system.
• Have knowledge and perform of New price inquires , confirmed order download and distribute, Keeping record in details of all downloading prospectus , Customer comments to follow and do needful on feedback.
• Inspections booking, packing list uploading in portal and follow up with the daily inspection schedule with customer and supplier in order to release all necessary papers info in correct cionducting the inspection.
• Following up with Head office office on placed orders relevant PI documents to process on uploading to protal with the checking of correct order name , order qty , price delivery and production place.
• Day to day emailing correspondence with customer in order to fulfil the need and also co-ordinate the same with supplier with relevant information.
• Independently follow up with the respective orders with the respecting supplier from initial order placement to end shipment with logistics.
• All kinds of approval process to prepare by following up with suppliers in all individuals' orders and later on process to customer for updates approval. All comments and reprocessing need to follow up and lead supplier for correct actual outcome.
• Relevant placed orders initial sales contract on order confirmation to process LC following up with HK relevent .
• Customers requirement wise sampling process following on scheduled time of submission . Keeping record of all approval and maintain for future need if any.
• Intial order placement with the supplier followed by Time and action plan to work out with supplier in each individual placed orders. late run follow up dates accordingly.
• Arranged of all relevent meeting with suppliers refers to the orders processing kind of pre production meeting , weekly order review meeting , T&A review meeting. In word must need to meet the scheduled PP sampling date , production cut date , inspection date and shipment .
• Follow up with suppliers on placed order yarn requirement to booking in house and all fabric preparing process with the customer advise standard . Fabric ready deadline should be meet.
• Follow up on all kind of trims approval and in house details in order to have approved trims in store and production to be correct attachement .
• Processing in all relevent approvals upload to supplier on day to day working process following the T&A plan details.
• Daily production report analysis and take actions on problem solving if any.
• All kind of testing specially garments testing follow up according to customer qrment and support supplier with the portal information's of testing purpose.
• Arrangement of all kind of sample approval status / fabric & trims approval status / fabric & trims in-house status report / prod plan as per buyer given FCA date.
• Shipment follow up and co ordinate with relevant forwarder with shipment advise thru portal dimension line system and meet customer FCA date.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in textile engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology or Post Graduate from any private or Public reported university.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 year(s)
