Role & Responsibilities
· Collaborate with department managers to determine security needs· Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies
· Control the security operations budget, monitoring expenses, and
Documenting processes· Supervise, recruit, and train security personnel
· Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures
· Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor personnel performance
· Coordinate responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compile incident reports
· Prepare surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitate repairs on time
· Keep abreast of new technologies and advancements in security services
· Ensure compliance with company policies and security industry regulations
· Monitor and put advance effort into observing through CCTV camera systems
· Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol
· Follow up on the third party's security service deployed in different outlets/posts
· Produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time
· Maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety
· Provide necessary intelligence and early warning about any risk factors of the outlets and head office
· Keep Group Management and Administration informed regarding the latest security-related matters and advice the necessity accordingly
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in any discipline (Security relevant training would be an added advantage)
Experiences and additional requirements:
· Ex/Retired Inspector (OC – Operation) of Bangladesh Police will be preferable
· Age – at least 50 years
· Only males are allowed to apply
· Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
· Good interpersonal & communication skills
· Good team leader, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Skills required:
· State-prescribed security training, licensing, and registration
· Extensive experience in preventing illegal activity and performing access control
In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment
· Knowledge of security industry regulations
· Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats
· Superb leadership and organizational abilities
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours
