“8 years ago, when I started as an Assistant Manager in MANGO, little did I know this company was going to provide me with such a great personal and professional growth. A few years after joining the company, one of my greatest accomplishments was to take on the Store Manager role of the leading Mango store within the region. The role came with great responsibility, but I feel I adapted quickly and more importantly, I was determined to make the most out of this position each day and to set a good example to people in my team. Coping with everyday challenges, it is not an easy talk. It does not come with a manual or a guidebook. But I try to approach every single obstacle as it comes and solve the issues calmly and rationally, bearing in mind the company's values and maintaining a trustworthy environment."
