Job Context 

We are looking for target oriented, talented, educated & knowledgeable smart manager for our IE based production (woven)set up.

Duties of Responsibility

1. Productivity analysis
2. CMT estimation - Providing estimated labor cost and productivity.
3. Data analysis and look into monthly trends of each KPI and control them after setting a benchmark.
4. Style simplification and method improvement.
5. Operation bulletine setup
6. Manpower requirement finalization.
7. Coordination with planning team for improving the preproduction activities.
8. Coordination with production management for cur plan and finishing plan based on delivery priority.
9. Coordination with HR department for training progress.
10. Regularly audit factory and lines to ensure the operation bulletine and line layout are following by line supervisor.
11. Monitoring and supervising IE officer's activities.
12. Implement six sigma, 5s and quality engineering system.

Employment Status

•  Full- time 

Educational Requirement 

• Educational Qualification: BSc in Industrial / Production Engineering. Candidate from SUST/KUET/RUET/CUET/BUTEX will get preference.

Additional Requirement 

·        Well disciplined / responsible person and must come on required office Time In & Time Out & working at least 8 hours average / day.

Job Location -Noroshinghapur, Ashulia.
