 Job Context 

We are looking for interested candidates as 2 Senior Merchandiser for Knit Garments Industries who has initiative, experience and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results We are looking for interested candidates as a Merchandiser for Knit Garments Industries who has initiative, experience and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results

Job Responsibility 

·        Must know Knit Garments Costing.

·        TNA based order follow up.

·        Buyer Communication.

·        Strictly maintained Supply Chain & control Raw Materials properly through purchases order.

·        Yarn to Fabric Follow up, Fabric Costing, Booking to In-house.

·        Order Closing Report after shipment submitted to Accounts Department

·        Production Follow up: Cutting to Shipment.

·        Review new tech packs and developments to identify any critical points and provide the right details to the factory

·        Take the list of daily issues from each order for factory and address the problems

·        Ensure quick decision making by involving the Team Manager / Quality Manager on critical issues

·        Take the lead on Pre-production meetings

·        Ensure all customer requirements are met in production based on customer tech packs

·        Recommend any changes to the products or process improvements, which can help make production friendlier for construction without changing the aesthetics of the garment

·        Check the production/QC files is complete prior handing over to the QA department

·        Conduct production meetings with the factories and QA team as per the allocated time and follow up with the factories on the progress of the orders

·        Book production space with factories in advance and maintain capacity utilization chart which is to be updated at all times

·        Select and visit different production, printing, and embroidery factories and build long-term relationships for future orders

·        Evaluate factory performance regularly, give feedback to the Team Manager concerning factory issues and recommending solutions

·        Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.

·        Textile / Merchandising or Garment Merchandiser Work Experience Background

Experience 

Requirement 

·        4 to 5 year(s)

·        The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
10 Years of experience in a large reputed garments factory

·        The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments

Additional Requirement 

• Expected requirements as Merchandiser 
• Well disciplined / responsible person and must come on required office Time In & Time Out & working at least 8 hours average / day.

• Required residence nearby DOHS Baridhara Area

Salary - Negotiation
