Note : This post is for Paid Internship (minimum 6 month ) , after 6 month you will be the permanent employee based on the evaluation of your Performance .

Job Description : You manage each supplier to produce safe quality products, within short lead-times. To reach your targets, you work in network with team partners, supply production leader, method engineer and product engineer. You also have full autonomy on your perimeter to manager your project and take decision.

• You evaluate and ensure the quality of your products during production
• You follow up quality perimeter and final quality inspection
• You share continuous improvement mindset
• You maintain regular meeting with the suppliers
• You enforce the Decathlon social charter and look after compliance topics
• You ensure that our environmental and toxicology rules are respected

Qualification : Graduate from any background  with maximum experiencer  up to 6 Month to 1 Year (fresher are encourage to apply)

• English communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of business
• Punctual, organized, detailed, fast learning, and customer service mindset
• Dynamic, open-minded, creative, and positive personality
• Ability to make a decision and take responsibility for any action
• Love to be on-the-field and to work at the production site almost every day
• Passionate about sports and inspire others to celebrate together
